It's hard to tell from the photos, but it may be from Franklin Frames of Ohio.

The builder is Jack Trumbal, (740-763-3838) in Newark, OH. A one-man operation. He began building frames in the late 70s. Very nicely done frames. I believe he qualifies as a KOF.
