I think that we have all followed this saga several times to know ell enough that thid frame is a Speedwell Mk 1 frame made in the UK in the 70s. That front fork is the give-away...as are the top-eyes if you manage to magnify the picture.

I have an identical frame in my workshop, built up with the correct Campagnolo Record groupset parts for the period...although some of these look a little worse for neglect. If there's any List menbers out there lusting after this particular type of "Italian" stallion, my "Lamborghini TI bike is on offer for $750. Difference ifs that mine doesn't say Lamborghini on it..just Speedwell. Oh...and it has excellent provenance..having been assembled for and ridden by none other the the "Rochdale Cowboy" Mike Harding. star of stage, screen and books.

It's a 54cms..so come now..there's only one at this price.
