Hey Guys,
I see a lot of 70s Raleigh Internationals on Ebay with Nervex lugs. I have a 73 model that has the fancier lugs like in the attached photo. I guess these are called Capella. Anyone have an idea which would be more common or more desireable from a collector's viewpoint? Thanks.
