I'm a new poster to the list- I have several steel bikes and keep acquiring more. I like to build up new combinations starting from the old frames I find. I'm lucky to live where I can ride every day of the year; the bike I ride every day is a tandem with a kid stoker kit on the back.
This weekend I found a nice road fork that has what looks like a swiss cross in the shoulders of the crown. Has campy dropouts- does the cross signify a brand of fork, or the identity of the crown?
