I'm 99% sure there was never any Cinelli tubing, although after Columbus bought Cinelli I suppose someone might think of Columbus as "Cinelli" tubing, although it would probably be more accurate to call Cinelli frames "Columbus" frames. Most likely the bike has a Cinelli BB shell and the seller saw "Cinelli" stamped there and thought that referred to the tubing rather than the BB shell.
