Probably just two newbies with male egos, getting way, way out of control. 36 bids so far, mostly from just the two zero FB guys! If I were the seller, I'd be nervous, but not freaked out at this point. Lou's max bid was reasonable, IMO. FWIW, from careful reading of the card, that group is 172.5 cranks, 27.2 post, 36/36 hubs, Medium clips (why not Large? seems odd to me), braze-on front der., and British threads. as this thread was progressing, i was trying to remember what ebay item i had seen where two 0 feedback bidders were driving the price up. i'm glad lewis ting brought it up because this is a very interesting variant on the situation being discussed in this thread. what is one to make of not one but two, 0 feedback bidders, driving up a price beyond what most on this list would consider market correct? i really don't know what to make of it since both bidders are in the us. i know i have seen one of the bidders also bidding on other auctions. definitely something just doesn't seem right in this auction. what is one to think?
