Wow! Is this just a "blip" on the eBay radar?"
The seller of these parts is one of Dale's shop guys. He bought all of these parts from me at le cirque du cyclisme this year for a grand total of $500. The frame itself was definitely a racing version and not a city bike and was quite nice. The rear drop-out with both cambio corsa teeth and derailleur hanger was not original in my opinion. I believe it was more than likely modified in the 1950's with a true Campagnolo adaptor to permit the use of a derailleur. I think that 'real' prices should have been somewhere between the ones that I sold at and the ones that were reached on ebay. If anybody does however have an interest in a cambio corsa frame, Ed Litton has a few frames belonging to me that are available. You can therefore purchase a frame cheap and then immediately put the paint request in to Ed.
