The Worlds - Coolest Jersey

http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/album17/Paillard_Crit_As_1937

Two-time World Demi-Fond Champion (1929 & 1932) Georges Paillard is carried in triumph after winning the 1937 Critérium des As. But look at that jersey! Looks like it's white with rainbow stripes on the sleeves (denoting a former world champion). The name on the chest is "....cien ?..." Below that is "Hutchinson". But the coolest part are the two hemispheres, fully-embroidered and complete with white Antarctica. I wonder if the two hemispheres are meant to represent his two World Championships?
