Subject: [CR]old Cinelli frame found/ Cinelli fork needed

I was hangin' out with a friend, a fellow bike nut who buys and sells bikes, and he hands me this frame and asks "interested in this Cinelli?" I say sure and start looking it over.

First thing I notice is the little hole in the rear dropout. I feel excitement stirring.

Oil ports in the b.b. shell. More excitement.

Head badge with dark blue background. I'm almost in disbelief. Is this to be my lucky day?

Now the bad.

Horrible thick powder coat, no decals. Someone faced the b.b. shell down to 70 mm and re-spaced the rear to 127. The fork is not original.

So, I bought it for $80. Was that too much to pay? Took off some of the paint from the b.b. shell and found #353.

Now, my want to buy: Anyone have a Cinelli fork for sale that works for a 120 mm length head tube?

Thanks.
