It gets a little confusing when talking about left-hand and right-hand thread with cogs removed from the front and from the back. Do you mean that when removing the smaller cogs from the front, you rotate counterclockwise to remove, while when removing the large cogs from the back, you rotate clockwise to remove? This would make sense, as it would mean that the cogs all screw onto the body in such a direction that pedaling tightens rather than loosens them. But then, it would also make sense that French and Italian fixed BB cups would be left-hand thread, which of course they ain't.

Sorry if this is obvious to you already, but the two largest cogs thread off from the back, position 5 first, then 4. They have left-hand threads. Actually there was another freewheel body, intended for straight blocks, where only the biggest cog goes off the back - you could have either of those.
