I dunno, doesn't seem all that hard to me - in finely preferable to dealing with the million ball bearings and pawl springs. Yes I have done both.
A regular generic freewheel vise is a must, everyone here should own one - you know the one that has four mushroom-headed pins that secure four of the teeth, of either that largest or the smallest cog, in a bench vise. I hope those are still available for sale somewhere.
A note of caution about the very large Regina cogs, say 28 and up - be sure to keep the forces in-plane while disassembling. It is easy to bend the cog.
