My Frejus (eye-tee bike) came new with a french language 531 transfer, c.1971. If I ever replace it (the sticker) it'll get another french language transfer.

I believe the French Reynolds decals were done in the 1970s when Peugeot was the largest user of Reynolds tubing in the world (odd that they used more than Raleigh, right?).

I'd guess Italy used less Reynolds tubing than America did in the 1970s, in other words, not much.
