Hi Vlad,
I recently sourced a pair of Continental Competition 25 tubulars, and had to return one due to a slow leak. The seller told me that the US distributor brought in fewer than two dozen Comp 25s, so even the basic Comp 25s are pretty hard to come by in the US.
I've never heard mention anywhere else of Comp 25s with extra puncture-resistant material.
