While I am not one of those who bought one of the recently offered Raysports, I have just completed a NOS Raysport frame I got from VeloStuf via ebuy. With the help of Ken Denny, it is finished for the most part with period correct NR. Another list member sold me their Cinelli seat post bolt they decided not to use. The bars and brake levers came from Matteo. Large flange Record hubs laced to some NOS black Super Champion Arc en Ciel rims. The saddle is much later, but it just looked right and so far seems comfy. My daughter has dubbed it the Raider bike for its black and silver. Still being fine tuned. Will post some pics when ready, as I hope the other new Raysport owners will do.

When I got the frame, the BB needed some attention, so took it to my LBS, which is A-1 Bicycles. Ray Jr chased and faced the threads, reamed the seatpost for me for a song. I laughed as he commented about the lousy finish on the bikes. It may be thin, but I find it attractive. Looking forward to riding it more.
