Peter,

Those hubs would be Normandy Sport high flange and are of mediocre quality.

You want Normandy Luxe Competition hubs with the raised flanges, gold label (early/mid 70's) and high polish. Try putting a request out to the list as I bet someone may have a nice set they would sell you.

A nice upgrade is the "Maillard 700 Professional" or the same but badged "Peugeot Trophy" hubs (as used on the PX-10LE) made of the same pattern and shine as the Normandy Luxe but they are just as smooth as Campagnolo Record hubs (downside is finding spare parts for them).
