Not sure if this helps , but I looked at the Nervar 3 pin arn and the bolt threads look as though they were rolled not cut.These cranks were used on cheap raleigh 10 speeds in the 70s,a compleat set of bolts could be had (along with the bike if you find one at goodwill)for around $10 sam lingo,pleasanton tx
