Subject: [CR]opinion sought on a NOS bob jackson frame

I mentioned in my earlier post about a trade I was working on locally and I'm really on the fence about it so I was hoping maybe the list could help me out. It's a NOS bob jackson frame with some shop wear. the owner says it was built up at the shop he bought it from but never ridden. It has a few light scratches here and there. It's a great lilac color, similar to but more vibrant than the lilac raleigh competitions. Campagnolo dropouts, long point lugs with no cuts outs, white decals with white striping. It also has fastback seat stays. no eyelets and a short wheelbase, definately more of a racing frame. He did install a campy NR headset and seat post. He was asking for 450.00 for the frame fork and campy headset and post. He was interested in a wheel I have, weinmann rim with a campy 3 piece flip flop hub. He suggested the wheel and 300.00 cash. I paid about 130 for the hub and then built it up myself. Does this seem like a fair deal? I know there are mixed opinions about jackson frames on the list but any opinions are welcomed.
