Subject: [CR]"Buried Decals" under Clearcoat, timeline?
I understand that it is common practice during restoration to "bury"
decals/transfers under clearcoat for preservation and presentation, but when
did "clear" over transfers happen for OEM bikes? Was it after 1983?
