I was in Houston this weekend and flew from Houston to Baltimore through Jackson. MS, yesterday. Met several evacuees in the airports. New Orleans has been almost completely evacuated. 80% of the city is under water. Most people with enough money for a hotel room evacuated to Houston, Dallas, Memphis, Nashville, etc. Sunday or earlier. It looks like it will be several weeks before people can return. Almost every building is going to have some water damage. Many will be total losses. Let's hope all the list members are at least alive and well and that their homes or shops are repairable.
