Just to clarify my de-rusting experiment: I only dipped the bottom six inches or so into the Evapo-Rust. You should be able to see a diagonal line across the blades about 6" from the fork ends. The lighter blue area is where the rust came off (leaving the original paint which was in crummy condition anyway). The darker area is the "before" look.
