Please do not confuse The Sultan with Rockstar203. They are not the same user.

My single transaction with the Sultan was good. Fast ship, NOS 626a DT cable guide, as advertised. Packed in wadded newspaper, in a Pri Mail box. I have seen him advertise items as damaged, and list specifics, and I thought he was a list member. But there is defintely no excuse for shipping items without proper padding.

Your mileage may vary. Taxes, license and doc fee extra. Caveat Emptor. Simulated TV picture, batteries not included, etc. :)

It may be failing memory, but I believe that there has been more than one incarnation of "rockstar". The feedback suggests why that might be. Of course, the fact that he's from New Yawk might explain it also. ;-)
