Jimmy,

Original decals are available from Waterford Precision Cycles. See their web site (the part about Paramounts) at: http://www.waterfordbikes.com/2005/data/services/refinish/paramount/index.php

The full set for your bike will cost about $60. Call them at 262-534-4190 and talk to Joanna to order. Be sure to know which decals you need before you call. You will need the "Schwinn Paramount" downtube transfers (2 of them--one for each side of the downtube), the Olympic Ring seat tube panel, the Schwinn Quality transfer, and the Reynolds 531 transfer. That should do it, but do the research and be sure. You'll want to do some measuring for proper placement of the decals--either on your bike if there is any evidence left of the old decals, or from photos of original bikes (which is how I did it).

If you need any more help, like how to apply the transfers, let me know. I've done '72 and '75 Paramounts and am doing a '38 Superior right now--all with decals from Waterford.
