Subject: [CR]reflective tape update

Okay guys, the good news and the bad news. After less than an hours work, I managed to remove the reflective tape from the fork blades, the top tube, the chain stays and the seat tube using a combination of heat gun, decal remover, and a plastic scraper. So again, thanks for all the help. The bad news is that some of the tape had been applied over some decals, which made the removal even more tedious. The good news is that I only damaged a decal in two small places that are hardly noticeable and can be touched up with a little paint temporarily. A remote possibility is finding replacement decals (ha!). The bike is a 60's Bottecchia with chromed lugs, fork tips, and rear stays. It has "Special Model" written in script on the top tube and the headtube lugs are slightly different from my other 60's Bottecchia (they're pointy in front). No indication of tubing type, but it's also noticeably lighter than the other bike. Hubs are Campy, derailleurs are Campy, brakes are Universal. Anyone familiar with this brand?
      Thanks
