I've just had a Paypal transaction with this seller. He's a verified premier account holder, and totally legit. Dan, I'm sorry you were scammed. But aside from educating yourself on not getting scammed again, you need to understand how it was done to you in the first place. In this case another party "hi-jacking" mogulpal's closed auction page. He has no control over this at all.
