Kevin, Don Farrell had two shops the first and original premises was located in Burnt Oak Edgware Middlesex in The Parade. The second shop was in Hemel Hepmstead Hertfordshire. They both closed sometime in the 1980's. Your rim decals look like the late 70/80's ones, all his wheels had these applied. Don first shop was in Edgware opened in the 1950's he was married to Stella Farrell who represented Great Britain. She was a very good track rider. Cheers and best wishes Mick Butler Huntingdon UK.
