Dearest list, Since the Omnipotent Despot has been up to his crankarms in computer problems and he is leaving for Velo-Rendevous on Wendsday, he has decreed that on Monday October 3rd the Brooklyn Velodrome Vintage Wheelmen,BVVW, will meet for a dinner suarie at John's Pizzeria on Bleeker St. in Greenwich Village New York City, New York, United States of America. We meet at 6:00p.m. and eat lots of pizza and drink lots of beer. The pizza is baked in a coal fired oven. The beer is made by the good folks at Budweiser and comes COLD out of a KEG! Emilio and Joe take very good care of us. After the gorging, the group will sloth across the street to Rocco's Cafe for expresso and un poco di dolce ( a little sweet). Garanteed GOOD time.
