Absolutely a scam. Note that, while the URL includes ebay.com, the host site is NOT eBay. You can name a path anything you want on your own server, so ignore anything after the initial domain... 218.154.123.224, which is just the machines IP address, not even registered under a domain name.

Verrrrrrry suspicious! Do not send them anything! In fact, I would probably recommend not even clicking on the link, since (especially with Internet Explorer on Windows), all sorts of fun things could be downloaded onto your system just for dropping by their page.

I would recommend using a program like Spybot Search & Destroy (not up to date on the latest adware removers, any better ones out there, anyone?) to clean up your system, just in case. At any rate, certainly do not send them personal info.

Keep an eye on the domain name, everybody. They can make the rest look really nice, but it means absolutely nothing.
