Germain Derycke (Faema - Van Hauwaert - Learco Guerra) appears to be munching his cork on his way to 4th place in the 1956 Paris-Bruxelles. Note steel stem, Universal Extras with tape around the gum hood covers, rear qr lever on the drive side. Race was won by his teammate Rik Van Looy.
