So I think this must be Ray Florman (sp?) from maybe St. Louis, Missouri or thereabouts? He was also a notable USA racer "in the day" and he passed away maybe 3 years ago... Funny, I was in his shop about 6-7 years ago and never saw any of these bikes nor their makings. Certainly in some ways this is a closer homage to the Cinelli than the Windsor Pro we all know & love. It has the full sloping internal fork crown similar to Cinelli Super Corsa. The big differences at a glance are the Campagnolo vertical dropouts (38" wheelbase!) and the scallop on the top of the seat lug. Closer inspection would reveal the lack of a liner in the seat tube making a smaller than normal size, minor variances in lug shape & profiles... and who knows what else.. Pretty interesting bike though. Thanks Kevin!
