Folks, I haven't spent any money on my '75 Raleigh Team Pro in almost 48 hours so help me out here...

I am looking for a Super Record bottom bracket, English thread, don't need the titanium spindle (thanks to another CR Lister) just the other bits. Not looking for perfection, just practical.
