Didn't only come as a frameset (but that was the usual way in the U.S.); here's a Gios catalog page from 1977: http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/gios77/3.jpg and catalog page from 1981: http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/gios81/1.jpg of the complete bikes. Super Record on both; 1st generation on the '77 and 2nd generation on the 81...
