My name is James Goldsmith and I live in Bolsosver in Derbyshire UK. I am 57 years old, self-employed as a computer specialist
I am the owner of an Elswick-Hopper Chinook,which was purchased late 1970's.
Does anyone have any information about this bike. I have trawled the relevant web sites, but have never seen a mention of this particular model. I am aware that it was made at the Barton on Humber works in Lincolnshire, I have read the full history of the Elswick/Hopper factories, but nothing about the Elswick Chinook appears to exist. The nearest model I have seen to it is one produced by Falcon.
Can anyone enlighten me please
