There was a small little adapter that would let you use the regular shifters on the top of the down tube. I have one but it is ear marked for a frame I have. Steve

Campagnolo top mount shift levers for aero downtube

The last bits needed to complete a NOS 1982 Colnago CX Aero project.

Any help or leads on finding these items would be greatly appreciated.
