I had one of these and just pulled up some photos to compare it to the ones offered in this auction. Body and lever shape are identical.
The one that I had has the word "Patent" engraved on both sides of the body insert. Also, it has the word "Cyclo" in raised lettering on one side of the lever handle (between ball end and body pivot bolt) and the word "England" in raised lettering opposite the word "Cyclo."
Could this be an early model "Cyclo?" Hilary? Mick? Norris?
