Very nice. This appears to be an ad/announcement of the victories of "The Champions" German Alonso and J. Capdepoint using Bianchi bikes in national championship races in Uruguay in 1923. Refers to Bianchi bikes as perfect and without equal (perfecta y sin igual).

Hmmmm, there never seems to be much "chatter" about Bianchi on the list....
