Hi Folks I have a bag full of Capella lugs and they are stamped out! not intricately cut. They were also used at Ilkeston for specials such as the 753 bikes built for the Raleigh BSA team. I used the stamped holes as a starting point for creating scrolly Hetchins type lugs.
