Here is what I have on the Panasonic in the Used Bike Buyers Guide. It shows Prestige first used in 1984, at least by them. Lou

AFAIK, "Prestige" tubing was not available until the mid-80's. At least my ~1982 Tange catalog does not list it (Champion #1 is "top of the line" in this catalog).
