Hi,
As someone who first learned to think about frame sizes in terms of
inches, I have a question about sizes in cm. Is it a straight
conversion of inches to cm (i.e. 1:2.54) or are the metric measurements
actually referring to a different dimension of the frame, and therefore
not a simple conversion?
