Well gosh, I've been in the French scene for a few years now, and if I recall correctly, I can't remember ever seeing a pair of these in 700c clincher. Lots of 650b, lots of tubular, but 700c clincher in great shape? Just can't recall.

And 700c clincher really isn't a bad combo either. The french made exotic hand made clinchers with tubular type casings (see the Rene Herse on ebay right now).

So my vote is that these rims really are that rare. For an early 700c randonneur machine with the right tires, it is a very nice combo.

And if I'm wrong, and if they are common, will someone please sell me some (for a fraction of the price please) as I could use a couple of pair.
