Didn't think I had any clincher rims. Found a few in a hidden away carton. All prices plus shipping. 1) Pair 27x1-1/4, 36H, Araya, light alloy HP rim, straight side, 24 mm wide Countersunk nipple holes, directional dimples outside, dome shaped center, no ferrules. One is NOS and shiny, one is used, should shine up real nice but may not get the high sheen as the NOS. The used one seems to be a little older as the printing is a little smaller. $15 for the pair. 2) Single 27x1-1/4, 36H, Araya, aero shape, dark gray anodized, Model 2W, hook edge side, 22mm wide, no ferrules. $10 3) Pair look alike slightly mismatched, 27x1-1/4, 36H, straight side rims. One is Araya, slightly rounded center, 25mm wide, other is unmarked, could be Ukai, almost identical profile, 23mm wide, duller silver, both Very straight, no ferrules. $5 for both. 4) Single Nisi, NOS 27x1, 1-1/8, 21mm wide, 36H, straight side, no ferrules. Stamped Nisi Toro, 3 decals intact, Nisi wing shape, Mercurio D'Oro 1977, and the Made in Italy map. Gently shopworn, still shiny, should polish real nice. Who's got $20 for this one? 5) Single Wolber Super Champion NOS, model 58, 27x1/14, 40H, 22mm wide, with ferrules, hook edge bead, still shiny, will clean beautifully. Ferrules have turned a little dull from age. Decal has just a touch of imperfection at extreme bottom where rim curves, but is complete and fresh. How about $20 for this one, too? 6) Single Weinmann NOS 27x1 or 1/8, 36H, hook edge bead, no ferrules, 21mm wide, satin silver, flat profle. I think a 1-1/4 tire may be a little wide for this rim. $10
7) Pair Sun Rims, NOS,Heavy duty RHYNO model, 700C, 36H, hook edge side,
26mm wide, no ferrules. These would be perfect for touring, tandem, or a
commuter bike.One half of one decal has been pushed a little sideways,
but I think a little heat would soften sticky and could be pushed back
and straightened just right. All other decals fine. A little shine and
away you go. $25 pair.
8) Single Super Champion Gentleman 81, 700C, 36H, used, with ferrules,
hook edge bead, 19mm wide.very clean would shine up nice, decals 90%+.
