A lot of info has been put out on how to glue tubulars.
3M has a tape, about 1/32" thick that is supposed to grip like "Grim Death" (or so the engineer says). It debonds when pulled in the direction of the length of the tape. It would be nice to keep those old classic rims clean.
Anyone ever tried double sticky thin foam tape?
