FedEx Ground is headquartered in Memphis, TN. FedEx Freight's offices are in Harrison, Arkansas. My neice's husband works at the offices in Harrison and I've asked him for a name and number of a "real" person in the FedEx customer service office from Memphis. I'll send it to the list if and when I get it. My company uses FedEx instead of either DHL or UPS and we have had great service. I did have a Brian Baylis bike that I bought from a listmember that got destroyed when the FedEx truck burned, but the seller paid me quickly.
