Makino took over the shop/store location of 3Rensho, when Yoshi Konno had his accident about 4-5 years ago and was paralysed. Makino was the primary framebuilder at 3Rensho for 15+ years and his work is excellent, from what I've heard. You can see a pic of Makino in some of the 3Rensho brochures, as he's brazing up a frame w/Yoshi Konno looking over Makino's shoulder.
