The only two I have to contribute are:

Stan Pike used a three leafed clover without a stem, or triangular windows.

G. Marinonni of Montreal Canada generally used a Maple leaf, but also occasionally used a block "M", and for the Quebequois, would use a Fleur d' Lys.

Malvern star used a six pointed star.

Confente used a spade, so did some others I have seen, just not enough examples of.

Sachs has used all four suits on his fork reinforcements, "cause the supplier had plenty of them"... if I remember correctly. So has Brian Baylis, although he probably cut out his own vs. a buyout.

top of the memory has run dry.
