Bob Reid's question is about top tube braze-on guides. Campagnolo never made 'em.

However Tullio did make braze-on downtube shift lever bosses starting with the intro of his Gran Sport derailleur in 1951. Weird thing was that while the single Simplex braze-on for their derailleur was in common use on bikes in the 1950s and '60s, the Campagnolo ones weren't in common use till the early 1970s even though they were shown in all the Campagnolo catalogs starting in 1951.
