I won't say they Never made them, but old literature from Cinelli and from what I've seen, Cinelli never made the 64 in 42 width old logo - just the deep drop 66 came in 42 width with old logo. Now I suspect it is possible that in the very last production runs of old logo bars, when wider bars gained in popularity, maybe they made them. But I've never seen reference to it or seen them.
Now of course, be sure you're meassuring the "Cinelli Way" from center to center. If you measure the TTT way - from outside to outside, you will see lots of bars that seem like 42's but they are really Cinelli 40's.
