What did you ride as a teen?

Started with a Schwinn Varsity, moved up (?) to a Motobecane Super Mirage, picked up a used Peugeot PY-??, back to another Motobecane. The bike shops in my home town Wilmington, Delaware didn't have much to offer. I don't recall either Henry's or Dunbar's carrying Paramounts. Certainly, someone had to have offered upper end Raleighs -- maybe I just wasn't aware of what was at the top. Talk about misspent youth! I have made up for those early lapses.

Regards,

Carlo Carr Nashville, Tennessee for just a few more days, then home to New Orleans!!!!!!

1980 Saronni-red Colnago "Super" with mixed Nuovo and Super Record, 1R stem, Guerciotti saddle, "Gios" pantographed post stem and chainring. Why were my brake levers so low on the drops?

Okay - that's absolutely the last Pic of the Day for awhile.
