Gee! It was a thrill to see, out there, a bike that must have been in my possession: the orange one, labelled Bartali. It really looks like the one I gave to Michele Fanini, in Lucca, for him to pass over to the curator of the Museum, about two years ago.
As a side note. I have at present, happily ride around a Frejus that is, if I see right, exactly like the one on show in the Bartali Museum. Let me know if anyone is interested.
