Maybe our "allamericanhero" is dyslexic and its really an '87 instead of a '78. Guess he didn't have time to go to http://www.vintage-trek.com/Trek_timeline.htm to see that is at least an '85 with that lug/decal/model combo. Now my '83 760 Trek, probably built by listmember John Thompson, PRICELESS!
