I recently purchased a black anodized Campy chainring, rather an unusual size, 48T, from a fellow in Australia who said he's a former racer in the '60-'70's who used specially made chainrings that Campy produced for him to establish speed records, etc. His name is Michael Haines. Has any heard of him? Is his story credible?
